Cautions
First, To keep the reinforced concrete cutting in the stable construction environment, so should inspect the machine fully firstly to ensure that protective equipments are safe and effective before using, the diamond saw blade selected is installed correctly to meet the requirements and so on. When the machine starts, to check and make sure the diamond blade running direction is correct, then could work when everything is ok.
When the workpiece happening beat and abnormal sound should immediately stop working, after inspecting and troubleshooting could go on working. Reinforced concrete cutting non-check operation and maintenance of the components.
Chips in the kerf of bench saws and saw should be promptly removed using special tools, don’t be picked and wiped by hand. After the operation, should clean the machine body and wipe the blade, the remaining water discharge tank, cable recovered and stored in a dry, well-ventilated place.
