High precision and speed for cutting Cured concrete

Cutting cured concrete is not restricted by the construction site, environmental protection, duration, and other conditions for safety reasons, to break the traditional construction method after removal of gas cutting picks or directional blasting, which does not affect the surrounding normal traffic, short construction period, safety factor advantages.

Q1: Can this blade cut through thick rebar?

A: Yes. This blade is specifically designed for Reinforced Concrete. The laser-welded segments hold tight, and the diamond bond is formulated to grind through steel rebar embedded within the concrete. For pure steel cutting, however, use a specific metal-cutting blade.

Q2: Should I cut Wet or Dry?

A: While laser welding allows for Dry Cutting (especially on handheld saws), we highly recommend using Water (Wet Cutting) when cutting rebar. Water cools the steel core and segments, preventing heat build-up that can cause the blade to warp or lose tension.

Q3: What is the "Sandwich" core?

A: A "Sandwich" core (or Silent Core) consists of two steel sheets laminated with a copper or polymer layer in between. This absorbs the high-frequency vibration and "ringing" noise typically produced by large diamond blades, reducing noise by up to 15dB.

Q4: Will it fit my Stihl/Husqvarna saw?

A: Yes. The 300mm (12") and 350mm (14") sizes come with standard 20mm or 25.4mm (1 inch) arbors to fit all major handheld power cutters.
