1. What materials can this wall saw blade cut?
This laser welded diamond wall saw blade is mainly designed for cutting reinforced concrete, concrete walls, bridge structures, basement walls, door and window openings, and other demolition or structural modification projects.
2. What blade diameters are available?
Available diameters include 600mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, and 1800mm. Other sizes can also be customized according to your wall saw machine and cutting depth requirements.
3. What arbor hole and pin hole sizes can you provide?
The standard arbor hole is usually 60mm. Pin holes can also be customized according to different wall saw machines, such as Husqvarna, Hilti, Pentruder, Tyrolit, Dimas, Adamas, Norton, etc. Please share your machine model or pin hole drawing, and we can check the suitable hole pattern for you.
4. Why does this blade use a Single U segment design?
The Single U segment design helps improve slurry removal and cooling during wet cutting. It also supports stable cutting speed, smoother operation, and better performance when cutting reinforced concrete under heavy load.
5. What are the segment dimensions?
Common segment thickness options are 4.8mm and 5.0mm, with segment heights of 10mm or 12mm. For special step cutting, 4.5–4.6mm thinner segments are also available. Segment size can be customized according to blade diameter, machine power, and cutting application.
6. Can this wall saw blade be used for dry cutting?
For large diameter wall saw blades and reinforced concrete cutting, wet cutting is strongly recommended to improve cooling, cutting stability, and blade lifespan. Dry cutting may be possible only under specific machine and jobsite conditions.
7. How can I choose the right wall saw blade for my project?
To recommend the suitable blade, we usually need to know the cutting material, cutting depth, machine brand and power, and whether it is wet or dry cutting. Based on these details, we can suggest the right diameter, segment type, and bond formula.
