Q1: How do you prevent segment detachment (tooth loss) during high-stress cutting?
A: Safety is our #1 priority. Unlike standard high-frequency welding, Johnson Tools uses advanced Laser Welding Technology. The laser beam melts the diamond segment and the steel core together, creating a fusion bond that is often stronger than the segment itself. Furthermore, every single blade undergoes a 100% Shear Strength Test (Bending Test) before leaving the factory. This ensures that segments will never detach, even when cutting through dense rebar or if water cooling is temporarily interrupted.

Q2: Will the large diameter blades (e.g., 1200mm) wobble or warp during deep cutting?
A: Blade wobbling (deflection) is a major cause of blade jamming and machine damage. To prevent this, we use premium Heat-Treated Steel Cores (65Mn/75Cr1 grade). For blades over 800mm, we perform a specialized Dynamic Tensioning Process. This pre-tensions the steel core so it remains perfectly straight and rigid when spinning at high RPMs, ensuring a precise vertical cut without binding in the wall.

Q3: Can your blades handle the torque of High-Frequency Electric Wall Saws (e.g., Hilti/Husqvarna)?
A: Yes. Modern High-Frequency (HF) electric saws generate massive torque and heat. Our "Demolition Grade" blades feature a High-Strength Reinforced Flange design to handle this stress. A: Cutting thick rebar often causes "kickback" or segment breakage with inferior blades. Our segments utilize a Cobalt-based Sandwich Design with high-grade exposed diamonds. This allows the blade to slice through thick steel smoothly rather than grinding and overheating. We recommend slightly reducing the feed rate when entering heavy steel zones to maintain safety.
